My observation on Facebook by Paula 96540334

At first, my friend invited me and wanted me to join it. I ignored her because I was too busy. When summer time came, I was boring and having nothing to do. I find a good and popular website-Facebook. It has lots of little games that you can play; and lots of tests that you can kill time. You will know friends’ friends or even strangers from different country on Facebook. Since the utility rate of using facebook has growing rapidly, people always chatting about ‘do you play facebook?’ ‘facebook is awesome!’…etc. The topic they chatted before might be ‘what did you write on Plurk?’ or ‘did you see some beauty girls or handsome guys on Wretch?’ Facebook totally catch the market for people all around the world; even my friend’s mother also has facebook.
Why facebook become so popular and successful? Founders set facebook for college students at first, so students can communicate with others and know more people. They succeed not for its function but they find right users. Facebook also has picture, blog, message board and you will know him/her more. They also protect users, your personal information won’t make public unless he/she become your friend. The games are easy to play, and they sometimes have specials for the games; for example, on Halloween, they will have limit background or decorations and dishes. It makes users feel novel and continue the game.
however don’t play facebook while you are working; there were three people got fired because they play facebook and caught by their boss. What a pathetic consequence! I feel crazy when I using facebook, I might use two or three hours a day to play it. I think I waste too much time on it. Facebook is a good open space for us, but we all have to control ourselves—not to use it over.
